PaulKode uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run PaulKode. Although PaulKode owns the code, databases, and all rights to the PaulKode application, you retain all rights to your data.

We maintain security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no exchange of data over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. We will maintain a link to this Privacy Policy on our home page, or at a minimum, on the first significant page after entering our website. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy', and can be easily be found on the page specified above.

Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page, and Users are able to change their personal information by emailing us.
